We try to make things easy for you to get the music you need here at J. Schubert Publishing. Below is a quick reference and then some more detailed information on how the ordering process works. If you have any trouble ordering, please tell us immediately!
Note that for non-PO orders the preferred ordering method is now the "Shopping Cart" buttons
you see throughout the site. Use the regular order page
only for School P.O.s or cheque / money order payments.

The Details:
An order in which you intend to pay via a personal cheque, money
order, or school P.O. should be placed on the order page.
This page includes a field for school P.O. numbers. The form includes a field for you
to enter special part requests or other needs in relation to the music you are
ordering. Most requests can be honored with no additional charge! It also includes
two fields to select pieces of music. If you would like to order more than two,
simply note them in the comments block. If you are ordering chamber music, please
remember to note the instrumentation you want in the requests/comments area as well.
Upon receipt of the order, we will make sure we can honor your special requests. We will contact
you with an order confirmation, confirming your total cost (including any requests, and
any additional charges for those requests) within two (2) business days under most
circumstances. Your order, if made via this method, will ship within that same two
days (for P.O.s), or upon receipt of payment to our address as listed on the 'order'
and 'contact us!' pages.
All other orders, including credit card, debit card, and e-check
(online checking withdrawal) must be placed through the 'Shopping Cart' mechanism.
Our shopping cart provider is Paypal. They are authorized to accept payment for
merchandise ordered on J. Schubert Publishing. All transactions are secure and use
industry-standard 128-bit encryption. To use, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button
for the selection you would like to order. Continue doing this until you are ready
to complete the purchase. If it is not visible already, click 'View Cart' to show
your shopping cart's contents. Then click 'Checkout' and follow Paypal's prompts to
complete the transaction. Once completed, Paypal sends out confirmations to you and
us. Upon receipt of our confirmation, we will package and ship your new music usually
the same day (but definitely within two business days under most circumstances).
If for any reason there is a problem filling your order, we will contact you right
away with details on the delay.
Make sure your email address is correct so we can contact you with your confirmation
of shipment!
OUR TERMS: All orders must be pre-paid except for valid school purchase orders. Please
send your payment to the address listed on the order page. Payment must be
received before the music will be sent out. Once you recieve the music, if the
music does not fit your needs, you may return the music within 30 days. A full
refund of your purchase price will be issued upon return of music in re-sellable
condition.
Accepted payment methods: Personal check, school P/O,
certified check, or money order.
Remember all our credit/debit transactions (through PayPal) are secured by
industry-standard 128-bit encryption for your protection!
